Workshop invitation | Experiences of researchers to improve quality

As part of the Austrian ERA National Action Plan, a working group of the Austrian Higher Education Conference is preparing on behalf of the Ministry of Education, Science and Research suggestions on how to improve the permeability of research careers in Austria.  With these recommendations, future researchers should be more mobile and able to move more easily within the higher education sectors.

Aim of the workshop: Feedback - to hear the concerned people to the ideas of ERA action 4

Target group:  Early career researchers R1 und R2 in and out of Austria with connection to an Austrian research institution (Predoc and PostDoc).

We would like to identify inhibiting factors with you and discuss your experiences in the field of career paths and international mobility and bring your experiences to our working group.

Afterwards, we want to learn from your experiences and get feedback on topics such as mentoring, leadership, career development from your perspective!

Your good examples and experiences should benefit future generations and be incorporated into the recommendations.

This workshop will be held in English to make our topic of international and sectoral mobility possible and to enable all colleagues to participate. We ask for registration and will also send you a short questionnaire in advance!
