European Research and Innovation Day 2020 - Indonesia

EURAXESS ASEAN presented the European Research Day Indonesia in October 2020 - the annual flagship event and our commitment to the research community across ASEAN to provide information and support for scientific exchange and collaboration with their peers in Europe.

ERD2020 "Research Opportunities in Austria - A brief Overview"

This interactive session was led by Dr Dietmar Haltrich of the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna who zoomed in on the opportunities in the framework of ASEA-Uninet: the ASEAN European Academic University Network.

Dietmar Haltrich is professor for food biotechnology at BOKU – University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna. He is also the regional coordinator of this university for South East Asia as well as his university’s representative in ASEA-Uninet, the ASEAN European University Academic Network. He has been teaching at various universities in SE Asia (Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam) during the past 20 years, and he was involved in various Erasmus Mundus projects together with several Indonesian universities.
