On 28 and 29 September 2022, the fourth edition of the European R&I Days took place online. According to the European Commission who organised the event, around 14,000 registered participants from over a 100 different countries took part in more than 50 virtual live sessions and workshops and discussed how research and innovation can help achieve Europe’s priorities. Policymakers, researchers, innovators, and citizens from Europe and beyond. Topics included the new European Innovation Agenda, EU Missions, the European Green Deal, the Horizon Europe Strategic Plan 2025-2027, the European Year of Youth, the richness of European cultural creativity, amongst others.
