HEInnovate "Supporting Innovation and Entrepreneurship in and through Higher Education Bucharest" | 20-21 June 2019

The European Commission, in partnership with the OECD and the Romanian Ministry of National Education, will hold an internal university conference on "Supporting innovation and entrepreneurship in and through higher education" in Bucharest from 20 to 21 June 2019 as part of the Romanian EU Presidency. The event is hosted by the Politehnica University of Bucharest.

Around 200 participants from across Europe will take part in this event, focusing on representatives and decision-makers from higher education institutions, associated institutions, public bodies and ministries.

In addition to the launch of the HEInnovate country report for Romania, the event will feature plenary sessions with high-level speakers and parallel, highly interactive working sessions, all around the topic of the innovative and entrepreneurial higher education institution and system.

It will be a unique opportunity to share and discuss your experiences, compare examples of good practice, to network and to learn from each other.
