2nd Webinar on Dual Career and Integration Services

On Thursday, 25th of June 2020, from 1:00 - 1:45 pm (CEST), the second webinar of our new series on Dual Career and Integration Services(DCIS) will take place. Throughout the series, representatives of DCSI units will share their experiences on various subjects that have been selected through a brief survey.

Duration and content

Each webinar in this series will last about 30 minutes + Q&A. The overall series of webinars will take on topics like:

• Failures

• Best practices from other organisations or countries

• Cultural integration

• Management of expectations

• A sustainable DCSI policy

• In-house versus outsourced DCSI services

For the second webinar we will be joined by Willem van Hoorn, Adviser Internationalisation at Eindhoven University of Technology, The Netherlands and Kavitha Varathan, Co-founder and CEO of the Expat Spouses Initiative.
